RETURNS:

We hope you love your purchase from Welcome Shoppe, but we understand that sometimes it's just not the right fit.
Please note that the following items are NOT eligible for return/exchange:

  • All merchandise on sale
  • Jewelry
  • Apothecary
  • Lingerie
  • Fragrances
  • Towels/Bath products
  • Sheets
  • Socks
  • Baby


For all other items, to process a return you will need to log in to your Welcome Shoppe account, or create an account if you do not already have one. Click the "My Account/Register" link at the top of the home page to log in or create your account. (If creating a new account, be sure to use the same email you used when checking out the original order.)

When you have logged in, click on "My orders" on the left-hand column, and then click "View" next to the order you wish to return. When the order page is displayed, scroll to the bottom and click on "Return items". Select the quantity of each item to be returned, fill out all the required fields, and click "Send". You will receive a confirmation email with instructions for mailing back your items for return. Once we have received your returned item(s), we will either mail exchanged item(s) or refund your credit card according to the action you select.

Please do not mail any items before initiating a return request as described above.



Items purchased from Welcome Shoppe may be returned for refund within 7 days of receipt of items provided they are in their original, sellable condition.

We reserve the right to refuse the return as we deem necessary.

All discounted items are final sale -- they may not be returned or exchanged. You own it.

International orders are final sale. No returns or no exchanges. 



PLEASE NOTE: All return shipping fees are non-refundable unless product is determined to be defective or damaged. If your package gets lost in transit in either direction, we will try to assist you in tracking it, but once proof of delivery is generated or if the package is not recovered, you are fully responsible. We recommend mailing your return with tracking and insuring the package for the full value.
